摘要
晶状体上皮细胞凋亡是除先天性白内障以外的所有类型白内障形成的细胞学基础,是防治除先天性白内障以外的其它类型白内障的关键。凋亡相关基因调控的研究是解决晶状体上皮细胞凋亡机制的重要途径,我们综述了关于晶状体上皮细胞凋亡基因调控方面的研究进展。
Lens epithelial cell apoptosis is the cytological foundation of all kinds of cataract except congenital cataract. Accordingly, it is the key point to prevent and cure cataract. To study the gene regulation of apoptosis is an important method to know the mechanism of lens epithelial cell apoptosis. We summarize the research progress about gene regulation of lens epithelial cell apoptosis in this article.
