摘要
为实现投稿和审稿工作流程的网络化,全面提高期刊的运作效率,进而提升期刊的社会效益和经济效益,中华医学会杂志社自主研发了基于集群化期刊的稿件远程管理系统。运行结果表明:系统具有较高的可靠性和稳定性,其设计细节对国内集群化科技期刊稿件远程管理系统的开发和建设具有借鉴意义。
For the purposes of improving the distance manuscript management,enhancing the operation efficiency of the periodicals and increasing the social and economical benefits,the Publishing House of Chinese Medical Association has independently developed a group based online manuscript submission and reviewing system.The operation results show that the system is reliable and stable.Its details of design can be used for reference for the development of online manuscript management in domestic periodical groups.
