摘要
可持续发展是当今世界关注的焦点问题之一。作为实施可持续发展战略重要工具的可持续发展评价指标体系是当前可持续性科学的研究热点。在阐明了可持续发展评价指标体系建立的一般过程与方法的基础上,综述了国内外可持续发展评价指标体系的研究现状,指出以下几个方面有望成为今后可持续发展评价指标体系研究的发展方向:可持续性科学内涵和外延的拓展研究;可持续发展评价指标体系的规范分析研究;减少人为主观因素对综合指数的影响研究;探讨评估综合指数可应用性、透明度和测度准确性的一般方法;可持续发展评价指标体系的应用研究。
Sustainable development is one of hot issues in the world today. As an important tool for implementing sustainable development strategy, sustainable development index is the hot point of sustainability research. Based on analysis of general procedures and methodologies of establishment of sustainable development index, the status of assessment index of sustainable development at home and abroad were summarized. Key research frontiers of sustainable development index in near future were proposed including study of connotation and extension of sustainability science, formatting analysis of sustainable development index system, reducing impact of human factors on composite index, the methods in general for assessment of applicability, transparency and accuracy of composite index as well as application of assessment index of sustainable development
