摘要
目的:从形态学角度研究黄芪延缓小鼠皮肤衰老的作用。方法:小鼠随机分成3组,空白组(C)灌胃生理盐水20ml/kg,黄芪低剂量组(L)和黄芪高剂量组(H)分别灌胃黄芪提取液4g/kg、16g/kg,每次20ml/kg。30天后做组织学切片检测。结果:与C组比较,L组和H组皮肤组织中真皮厚度和胶原纤维面积增加(P<0.01)。H组与L组比较,真皮厚度和胶原纤维面积显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:高剂量黄芪可使真皮厚度和胶原纤维面积明显增加,具有延缓小鼠皮肤衰老的作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Astragali on delaying skin aging in mices from morphology point of view. Methods 60 mices were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups： normal control group （group C）, low dose group （group L） and high dose group （group H）. In group C, normal saline （20ml/kg） was given intragastricly. Astragali extracts at doses of 4g/kg and 16g/kg were administered intragastricly in group L and group H respectively.Histological sections of skin from treated mices were prepared for analysis 30 days after treatments. Results Increases in dermis thickness and collageous fibers area were observed in both group L and group H as compared with group C （P〈0.01）. Compared with mice in group L, mices in group H showed significant increases in dermis thickness and collageous fibers area （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Intragastric administration of Astragali extracts to mice could lead to increases in dermis thickness and collageous fibers area in mice skin, and therefore could delay the skin aging in mices.
