摘要
以CW-200型转向架为研究对象,根据提速试验时的动应力实测数据,对构架动应力的频谱特性进行了分析研究.首先根据各测试点的动应力测试结果整理得到构架动应力较大的部位,然后分析了在不同速度、不同路况条件下这些部位频谱特性的变化规律;同时,采用有限元方法计算了构架在弹性约束下的模态,并对构架的应力响应与结构动态特性之间的内在联系进行了初步探讨.
The characteristics of the dynamic stress frequency spectrum for CW 200 high speed bogie frame were studied according to the data measured in the line test. On this basis, the key points that affected the fatigue strength were obtained,and the variation of the frequency spectrum along with the speed and line case were analyzed. The dynamic modals of bogie frame under elastic constraint were then calculated using the finite element method. Finally the relationship between the structure and its dynamic response were in preliminary study.
