摘要
阐述了现代育种技术在几种代表性药用植物品种改良中的应用,如转基因技术、分子标记选择技术、诱变技术、组织与细胞工程技术等。同时,对药用植物育种技术与种质改良方向的未来发展趋势进行了简要的介绍与讨论,以期为同类研究提供参考。
This paper reviewed the applications of germplasm improvement in several medical plants via modern breeding techniques, such as transgenic techniques, molecular marker selection,induced mutation and tissue and cell engineering, etc. Meanwhile,the future trend of breeding techniques and germplasm improvement in medical plants were also briefly introduced and discussed ,which will provide the reference for other similar researches.
