基质金属蛋白酶-9在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及意义 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨MMP-9在正常膀胱组织和膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达和临床意义。方法免疫组化分析146例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中MMP-9的表达,并与30例病理证实为正常膀胱组织进行比较。所有数据采用SPSS12.0统计包处理。结果在膀胱移行细胞癌细胞中MMP-9主要表达在癌细胞胞浆,在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达(72.6%)明显高于正常膀胱组织(23.3%)(P<0.01);不同分期的膀胱移行细胞癌中MMP-9在T2-T4期肿瘤中的表达(86.8%)显著高于T1期(70.5%)和Ta期(47.1%)(P<0.05或P<0.01),而且在T1期的表达也高于Ta期(P<0.05);不同组织学分级的膀胱移行细胞癌中MMP-9在低分化膀胱移行细胞癌组中的表达(92.3%)明显高于中分化组(74.2%)及高分化组(53.3%),在中分化组的表达亦高于高分化组(均P<0.05);MMP-9表达阴性的患者无瘤生存率明显高于MMP-9表达阳性者(P<0.05)。结论MMP-9的表达随着膀胱移行细胞癌临床分期的升高、组织分化的降低而明显增加,与预后密切相关。
