摘要
目的:探讨红霉素和左氧氟沙星对免疫缺陷大鼠发酵支原体(Mf)、梨支原体(Mpi)感染的治疗效果,试图为HIV免疫缺陷患者Mf和Mpi感染的治疗提供实验依据。方法:74只清洁级SD大鼠,其中60只制备免疫抑制大鼠,随机分为6组(n=10),组1和组2分别为Mf、Mpi感染红霉素治疗组,组3和组4分别为Mf、Mpi感染左氧氟沙星治疗组,组5和组6为Mf、Mpi感染未治疗组,并设非免疫抑制和NS对照,计算各组致死率。取保护组和非保护组大鼠肺、肾、脑进行超微结构观察。结果:红霉素和左氧氟沙星治疗组大鼠致死率与对照组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.01);死亡大鼠血液中支原体再培养阳性。电镜结果显示红霉素和左氧氟沙星治疗组大鼠的肺、肾及脑组织细胞结构显著改善。结论:红霉素、左氧氟沙星对免疫抑制大鼠Mf、Mpi感染有治疗作用。
Objective To explore the effects of erythromycin and levofloxacin on the infection caused by Mycoplasma fermentans (Mf) and Mycoplasma pirum (Mpi) in rats with immunodeficiency. Methods 60 SD rats with immunodeficiency were prepared and randomly divided into 6 groups (n = 10) : group 1 were infected by Mf and treated with erythromycin; group 2 were infected by Mpi and treated with erythromycin ; group 3 were infected by Mf and treated with levofloxacin; group 4 were infected by Mpi and treated with levofloxacin; group 5 were infected by Mf without any treatment; and group 6 were infected by Mpi without any treatment. Another 14 normal rats were divided into 2 groups (n = 7) : group 7 were infected by Mf without any treatment, and group 8 were normal saline control group. The mortality rates were calculated, and the ultrastructural changes of lung, kidney, and brain were observed in all the groups. Results The mortality rates in rats treated with erythromycin or levofloxacin were lower than those in rats didn't receive any treatment (P 〈 0.01). The culture of Mycoplasma was positive in dead rats. The uhrastructural changes of lung, kidney, and brain were ameliorated in rats treated with erythromycin or levofloxacin. Conclusion Erythromycin and levofloxacin can effectively treat the infection caused by Mf and Mpi in rats with immunodeficiency.
