摘要
采用富集驯化的短程硝化和反硝化活性污泥脱除催化剂生产过程中产生的污水中的NH3-N。试验结果表明,进水氨氮浓度在775~1090mg/L波动,硝化过程水力停留时间24h,系统稳定运行后出水氨氮浓度低于15mg/L,硝化产物以亚硝态氮为主,氨氮去除率和亚硝化率分别稳定在95%和96%以上;反硝化过程中当m(C)/m(N)为3:1、水力停留时间为16h时,总氮去除率稳定在95%以上。
The nitrifying and denitrifying activated sludge cultured by Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum & Petrochemicals is adopted to remove ammonia nitrogen in the wastewater from FCC catalyst production plant. The results show that when the ammonia nitrogen concentration of the influent is in the range of 775--1 090 mg/L and the hydraulic residence time (HRT) of nitrification is 24 h,the ammonia nitrogen concentration of the effluent is less than 15 mg/L since the system is run smoothly. Nitrite is the main product of nitration, the removal rate of ammonia-nitrogen and the nitrite accumulation rate (NO2^-/NOx^-) is maintained at more than 95% and 96%,respectively. With a C/N ratio of 3 and a HRT of 16 h,the removal rate of total nitrogen is more than 95% in denitrification process.
