介入治疗被认为是中晚期肝瘤非手术疗法中的首选方法。肝瘤介入治疗方法可分为放射介入和超声介入。前者主要包括经肝动脉栓塞化疗术及经肝动脉门静脉结合栓塞化疗术;后者则指在超声引导下瘤内注射与间质毁损治疗,以及经门静脉穿刺治疗等。单用某种方法治疗肝癌的远期疗效并不理想,多种介入方法的综合序贯治疗能发挥协同作用,进一步提高肝癌的治疗效果。
