摘要
为了探讨高职新生在大学生活中的心理健康状况,增强其心理健康意识,提高其心理健康水平,笔者选取四所高职院校的4814名2008级新生,运用SCL-90量表进行心理健康状况的普查。结果发现,高职新生的心理健康状况不容乐观。我们要加强高职新生的心理健康教育,还应关注新生中的各类特殊团体,充分考虑性别、城乡、专业等因素对高职新生心理健康产生的影响,有区别、有层次、有针对性地开展心理健康教育工作。
To probe into the mental health condition of freshmen of higher vocational institutes in college life, to enhance the awareness of mental health education and to improve the mental health of the students, the author of this paper selects 4814 vocational students from Grade 2008 in four high vocational colleges as samples to investigate the condition of their mental health by using the SCL - 90 scale. The results indicate that the condition of the freshmen~ mental health in higher vocational colleges is not as good as expected. To strengthen the mental health education, we should pay special attention to the different groups of students. The influences of gender, the places they are from - - - urban or rural area and specialty deserve consideration. Mental health education should be carried out on the basis of the analysis of the individual and a differentiated way to solve the problem of an individual is to be found.
