摘要
目的探讨海洋蛋白肽(MPP)和核苷酸(NT)配伍剂对小鼠的免疫调节作用及其可能的作用机制。方法观察不同剂量〔0.795,0.265和0.088g/(kg.bw)〕的MPP和NT配伍剂对小鼠细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能、单核巨噬细胞功能、杀伤细胞(NK)活性、血清免疫球蛋白水平以及脾脏淋巴细胞亚群的影响。结果配伍剂低剂量〔0.088g/(kg.bw)〕组刀豆蛋白A诱导的小鼠淋巴细胞增殖能力为(0.25±0.03),足跖肿胀度为(0.34±0.04)mm,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。低、中剂量组溶血空斑数分别为(2.08±0.11)和(2.00±0.1),明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。低剂量组CD4+T百分比和CD4+/CD8+比值分别为(35.45±0.97)%和(2.20±0.18),明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。低剂量组血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM和IgA分别为115.82,45.91和12.49mg/g,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论MPP和NT配伍剂具有增强小鼠免疫功能的作用。
Objective To observe the effects of marine peotein peptide(MPP) combined with nucleotides(NT) on immunnomodulation in mice and its possible mechanism.Methods Female Balb/c mice(6-8 weeks old,n=160) were administered with MPP and NT for 4 weeks at the doses of 0.795,0.265,and 0.088 g/kg·bw,respectively.Cell-mediated immune function,humoral immune function,phagocytic function of mononuclear phagocyte,NK cell activity,the level of immunoglobulin in serum were detected and the splenocyte subpopulaions were determined with flow cytometer.Results The capacity of lymphoyte proliferation(0.25±0.03) induced by ConA,DTH response (0.34±0.04 mm) in the low dose group(0.088 g/kg·bw)of combination were significantly increased compared with that of control group(P0.05).IgM-PFC number of the low dose group (2.08±0.11) was significantly higher than that of control group (P0.05).The percentage of CD4+T cell and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+in spleen of the low dose group(35.45±0.97%,2.20±0.18%)were higher than those of in control guoup (P0.05).The level of serum IgG (115.82±11.06),IgM (45.91±632) and IgA (12.49±0.75) in the low dose guoup were significantly increased compared with that of comtrol guoup (P0.05).Conclusion MPP combined with NT could improve the immune function in mice.
