宫腔镜下重度宫腔粘连分解术后两种防粘连方法的临床分析 被引量：17

摘要 目的:对重度宫腔粘连分离术后两种抗粘连方法的预后进行分析。方法:回顾性分析我院2004年4月～2008年9月58例住院患者的临床资料,其粘连程度均经宫腔镜检查确诊为重度宫腔粘连,术后防粘连的方法分别为球囊加置环加透明质酸钠组(A组)和球囊加置环组(B组)。观察两组术后1、3、9个月其月经恢复及宫腔形态变化情况。结果:A组宫腔再粘连率低于B组(P<0.05),月经恢复正常率高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:透明质酸钠对预防宫腔再粘连效果明显。
