摘要
目的：探讨手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的切口选择和手术治疗的效果。方法：对53例乳腺良性肿瘤进行乳晕环形切口手术治疗并和32传统切口手术患者临床资料进行对比。结果：本组病例全部通过手术切除乳腺良性肿瘤，皆无原手术部位复发以及并发症，疗效可靠，患者满意。结论：乳腺良性肿瘤手术采用乳晕或乳晕边缘环形切口，治疗效果好，疤痕隐蔽，对乳房美观无影响，受患者欢迎。
Objective： To evaluate the superiority and the results of surgery incision in treatment of benign breast tumor. Methods： 53 patients with benign breast tumor were treated with areola circular incision surgery and the results were compared with 32 patients who treated with traditional incision surgery. Results： All patients undergoing surgery to remove benign breast tumor were fully recovered without complications. Conclusions： The treatment effect of benign breast tumor surgery using edged areola or areola circular incision was positive with hidden scars and patients praise. Adverse effects on the breast appearance were not found.
