基于Petri-Net的钢铁企业生态工业园仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 钢铁行业是实现循环经济目标的重要环节。在对钢铁企业现有废弃物处理模式分析(以宝钢集团为例)的基础上,阐述了生态工业园模式的必要性。结合包钢生态园模式和相关研究,抽象出钢铁生态工业园物流简化模型。在此基础上,以该简化模型中的主要固体废弃物的处置为研究对象,应用Petri-Net就钢铁工业生态工业园模式进行仿真研究。仿真结果证明,生态园模式具有显著的经济、社会和环境效益,是实现循环经济的重要途径。 Steel-making industry plays a vital role in recycling economy. The current disposal model for steel slag like Bao Steel Group Corporationn is analyzed first, which forms the demand basis for eco-industrial park (EIP) model. Then a sireplified Logistic model of steel EIP is abstracted according to the EIP model of Baotou Iron and Steel Corp. and the literatures. And focusing on the slag disposal in the simplified model, the steel EIP model is simulated based on Petri-Net. The results show that EIP model is effective not only from the economic perspective, but form the social and environmental perspectives.
