摘要
红色资源是我们党的优良传统和作风的集中体现,它天然具有强大的育人功能,具体包括理想信念的导向功能、高尚道德的教化功能、创新素质的锻造功能、健康情感的陶冶功能四个方面。但在教育实际当中,红色资源的以上育人功能却在传播、认同、内化三个环节中都遭遇到了困境。要走出这种困境,就必须对红色资源加以转化,这种转化的必然性是由当前教育对象与社会环境的变化决定的。转化的具体路径包括围绕重点对象,做好"三进"工作;利用科学技术,占领传媒阵地;把握有利时机,实现群体感化三个方面。
Red resources is concentrated reflection of our Party' s fine tradition and work style, which naturally possesss powerful educational function. Specificly,it includes guiding function of ideal and belief, enlightening function of noble moral, forging function of innovative quality and moulding function of healthy emotion. However, in education reality, those four functions encountered dilemma in propagation, identification and internalization. To break through the dilemma ,the red resources should be transformated, and the necessity of transformation was determined by current educational objects and social environment. The specific path of transformation includes centering on key objects to do "three entries" well, utilizing science and technology to occupy the battlefield of mass media, and grasping favorable opportunity to realize the population exhortation.
