摘要
目的探讨维生素B1、B12穴位注射治疗灼口综合征的疗效,为灼口综合征的治疗开辟新的途径。方法将52例灼口综合征患者随机分为2组,治疗组22例,采用维生素B1、B12穴位注射治疗,10次1个疗程;对照组30例,采用口服谷维素和复合维生素B治疗,1个月1个疗程,对2组疗效进行比较。结果治疗组显效9例,有效12例,总有效率95.5%;对照组显效1例,有效16例,总有效率56.6%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维生素B1、B12穴位注射治疗灼口综合征有一定的疗效。
Objective To explore the effects of acupiont injection of vitamin B1 and B12 on patients with Burning Month Syndronel（BMS）,To find a new way for treatment of BMS.Methods 52 patients with BMS were randomly divided into 2 groups.Acupiont injection of vitamin B1 and B12 was employed to treat 22 cases of the treatment group 10 times for one period of treatment;while other 30 cases of the control group were treated with oral oryzanolum and vitamin B complex.One month for one peniod of treatment.Compare the effects of 2 groups.Results In the treatment group,a prominently effect was found in 9 cases,while effective in 12 cases.The total effective rate was 95.5%.In contrast,in control group,1 case showed prominently effective.16 effective.The total effective rate was 56.6%.There was significant statistical difference between 2 groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupiont injection of vitamin B1 and B12 used in BMS was proved in this study to be a effective therapy.
