摘要
大体积混凝土结构底板,由于水泥水化所释放的水化热会产生温度变化和收缩作用,极易引起裂缝。分析了大体积混凝土裂缝的成因,就控制环节进行了探讨,提出通过设计、材料、施工三个方面进行相关控制,以减少大体积混凝土出现裂缝,并通过一个工程实例进行了相关控制要点的介绍。
Thermal and shrinkage cracks induced in mass concrete of pile cap are commonly result from heat of hydration.Analyze the reason of crack induced in mass concrete and further discuss the crack control measures in terms of an appropriate concrete design mix,strict supervision of material quality and enhancement of construction standard.This paper will make use of a current project in Shanghai to introduce the measures of crack control.
