摘要
从烟田土样中分离到1株对TMV有拮抗作用的细菌By33,通过形态观察、生理生化试验及16S rDNA同源性序列分析,鉴定该菌为解淀粉芽孢杆菌。通过对By33代谢产物对TMV抑制作用测定发现,其代谢物质对温度敏感,80℃处理30 min,丧失大部分活性,遇酸沉淀,碱性条件下稳定,对蛋白酶不敏感。
An antagonistic bacteria strain By33 against TMV was isolated from tobacco soils. Basing on morphological observation, physiological & biochemical test and 16S rDNA sequence analysis, By33 was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. The active substance lost most active control at 80 ℃, and was unstable in acid condition yet stable in neutral or slight alkaline condition, with resistant to proteolytic enzymes.
