白腐真菌降解玉米秸秆的研究 被引量:13

摘要 试验通过对4种配方(主料为74%的玉米秸秆粉和1%石灰,加入不同配比的玉米面和麦麸,按添加比例分为处理Ⅰ:20%、5%,处理Ⅱ:15%、10%,处理Ⅲ:10%、15%和处理Ⅳ:5%、20%)生产的白腐真菌曲种发酵奶牛常用粗饲料玉米秸秆的效果研究,旨在筛选出以玉米秸秆为主料生产白腐真菌菌种的最佳配方。试验结果表明,处理30d,各处理组菌种均能发酵玉米秸秆,降低粗纤维含量,提高粗蛋白(CP)含量。菌种培养基对发酵玉米秸秆CP含量影响极显著(P<0.01),对粗纤维含量影响不显著(P>0.05)。74%的玉米秸秆和1%的石灰添加5%的玉米粉、20%的麦麸配合生产的白腐真菌曲种对玉米秸秆的发酵效果最好,可降低生产成本,更适宜作为生产白腐真菌菌种的配方。 To investigate the effect of the best culture medium prescription of white-rot fungi strain which is produced with corn straw, this trail compared the effects of fermentation which used four kinds of white-rot fungi strains that was made of corn straw (the culture medium of white-rot fungi were divided into four treatment groups, whose materials were 74% corn stalk powder and 1% lime, adding different combinations of maize flour and wheat bran, treatment Ⅰ : 20%, 5%, treatment Ⅱ: 15%, 10 %, treatment Ⅲ: 10%, 15% and treatment Ⅳ: 5%, 20% ). The results showed that four treatments all can ferment corn stalks, decreased the content of rough fiber and improved crude protein(CP) content 30 days later. The culture medium affected the crude protein con- tent in fermentation of corn straw more significantly(P〈0.01), and content of rough fiber was significantly(P〉0.05). Therefore, the effect of corn straw fermentation with white-rot fungi strain produced (74% corn stalk powder and 1% lime, 5% maize flour and 20% wheat bran) is the best, which reduce production costs and is a production prescription for white-rot fungi more suitable.
