氮素形态及其组合对滇重楼产量及有效成分的影响 被引量:18

Effects of Different Nitrogen Forms and Their Combined Application on the Yield and Effective Components of Paris Polyphylla var.Yunnanensis

摘要 采用混料试验设计、盆栽试验与室内分析相结合的方法,研究不同氮形态(NO3--N,NH4+-N,尿素-N)单施及其配合施用对滇重楼产量及有效成分的影响。结果表明,在等氮量条件下,不同形态氮单施对滇重楼生物量增重百分数、根茎增重百分数、新根茎皂甙含量、新根茎皂甙产量的影响基本一致,其顺序为NH4+-N>CO(NH2)2-N>NO3--N。但单施对生长和光合速率的促进作用显著小于不同形态氮配施。所有单施和配合施用处理中,新根茎皂甙含量以NH4+-N单施最高,生物量增重百分数、根茎增重百分数、新根茎皂甙产量,均以CO(NH2)2-N为主,NO3--N为辅效果较好。综合考虑不同形态氮及其组合对滇重楼生长、根茎增重、总皂甙产量的影响,建议滇重楼施氮以CO(NH2)2-N∶NO3--N=6∶4较为适宜。 Adopted mixed material design, pot experiment and lab analysis, the influence of different forms of N (NO3 - - N, NH4 + - N, urea - N) and their combined application on the yield and saponin content of Paris polyphylla vat. yunnanensis was studied. The results showed that there was similar effect of single application of different nitrogen forms on biomass increased percentage, rhizome increased percentage, saponin content in new rhizome, saponin output of new rhizome, the order of which wasNH4 + -N〉CO (NH2)2-N 〉 NO/ -N at the same amount of Nrate, but the effect of single application of different nitrogen forms on gowth and photosynthesis rate was far bellow the combined applicaion of different nitrogen forms. In all treatments, saponin content in new rhizome was the highest when only NH4 + -N was applied, but biomass increased percentage, rhizome increased percentage, saponin output of new rhizome were the highest when dominant with urea - N, and complementary with NO3 -N. Comprehensively considering growth, rhizome increased, and saponin output, the suggestion of nitrogen application for Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis was that suitable ratio of urea - N: NO3 - - N was about 0.6: 0.4.
