摘要
采用反乳液聚合法合成了γ-Fe2O3/聚丙烯酸锂复合微粒,将其悬浮分散于硅油等液体介质中形成电流变体,考察了外加电场强度及分散相粒子的化学结构、表面活性剂等对其剪切应力-剪切速率关系、动态及静态屈服应力大小的影响。
The γ-Fe2O3/polyacrylate lithium composite particles were synthesized by the inversed emulsion polymerization. The particles were then dispersed in silicone oil to obtaine the electrorheological (ER) fluids.The influences of the electric field strength, the chemical composition of the particles and the surfactants on the relationship between shear stress and shear rate, the dynamic and static yield stress were investigated.
