摘要
针对乳品企业快速发展带来的环境污染和资源浪费问题,探讨了乳品企业循环经济模式并提出了相关策略。以镇江市长江乳业有限公司建立能源生态型沼气工程实践为基础,建立了"奶牛-沼气-种植-奶牛"的良性生态循环体系,企业年运行效益为24.51万元,静态投资回收期为7.7年。研究结果为实现乳业可持续发展,帮助相关企业节能减排,提高效益,探索畜禽粪便资源化利用的技术途径,建设乳业循环经济模式提供了参考。
In view of the resources waste and environmental pollution problems in the rapid development of dairy industry, the article discussed how to set up dairy industy circular economy pattern and put forward to the related strategies. Yangtze River Dairy Limited Company in the city of Zhenjiang established a virtuous cycle of a ＂cow - methane - cultivation - cows＂ based on the energy ecotype biogas project Practice, the yearly operation benefit of enterprise was 245,100 RMB and the stable investment recovery period was 7.7 years. The results provided a reference model for the sustainable development of dairy industry, energy savings and pollutant reductions of related businesses, improving efficiency, exploring technical means of livestock manure resources using and building dairy industry circular economy pattern.
