摘要
美国桂花种子属于深休眠类型,在自然条件下,隔年才能萌发。对美国桂花种子低温层积过程中内源激素的变化进行分析。结果表明:赤霉素(GA)的含量先降低后升高;生长素(IAA)的含量在最初的45天变化不明显,之后逐渐增加;脱落酸(ABA)的含量逐渐减少。赤霉素与脱落酸和生长素与脱落酸的比值呈现出基本增加的趋势。外源GA的浸泡对促进种子解除休眠有着重要影响,这进一步证实了赤霉素(GA)是美国桂花种子萌发的促进物质。
Osmanthus americanus seeds usually take two years to germinate in nature and belong to a type of comprehensive dormancy. In the paper, the changes of endogenous hormones in O. americanus seeds during cold stratification were studied. The results showed that the gibberellic acid (GA) in the O. americanus seeds was decreased first and then increased during the cold stratification. The indole - 3 - acetic acid (IAA) was not changed obviously at the first 45 days, while after that it was increased gradually. However, the abseisic acid (ABA) was decreased gradually during the cold stratification. The ratios of GA to ABA and IAA to ABA were basically increased with the process of cold stratification. The exogenous GA had the significant effect in breaking the dormancy of O. americanus seeds. The experimental results indicated that GA was a hormone to promote the germination of O. americanus seeds.
