摘要
给出了双铜管铜铝复合柱翼型散热器散热量及金属热强度计算公式,试验验证了理论计算的可靠性。通过对不同管径、不同外形尺寸散热器的理论计算,以金属热强度为优化指标,得到了该散热器最优的结构尺寸。
Provides the calculation formulas for calculating the heat release and metal thermal intensity of this type radiator, and verifies the reliability of the theoretical calculation. Taking metal thermal intensity as an optimization index, with theoretical calculations for different sorts of tube diameter and overall dimensions, obtains the optimalizing dimension of the radiator.
