摘要
建立了盐酸普罗帕酮(Propafenone Hydrochloride,心律平,简称PPF)的单扫描极谱分析方法,在0.12mol.L^-1NH3·H2O-NH4Cl(pH=9.25)溶液中,盐酸普罗帕酮得到一良好的二阶导数还原峰,Ep(vs.SCE)=-1.424V。峰电流与浓度在4.0×10^-7-8.0×10^-6mol/L范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9994,n=11),检出限为2.0×10^-7mol/L。并研究了该波的性质及电极反应机理。用该方法测定盐酸普罗帕酮,结果令人满意。
