单扫描示波极谱法测定盐酸普罗帕酮 被引量:1

摘要 建立了盐酸普罗帕酮(Propafenone Hydrochloride,心律平,简称PPF)的单扫描极谱分析方法,在0.12mol.L^-1NH3·H2O-NH4Cl(pH=9.25)溶液中,盐酸普罗帕酮得到一良好的二阶导数还原峰,Ep(vs.SCE)=-1.424V。峰电流与浓度在4.0×10^-7-8.0×10^-6mol/L范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9994,n=11),检出限为2.0×10^-7mol/L。并研究了该波的性质及电极反应机理。用该方法测定盐酸普罗帕酮,结果令人满意。 PPF showed a second - order derivative reduction wave at potential of - 1. 424V ( vs, SCE) in the 0. 12 mol · L^-1NH3 ~ H2O- NH4Cl (pH = 9.25 ) base solution by single- sweep oscilloploargraphy. The peak hight of PPF was proportional to its concentration in the ranges of 4 × 10^-7 0. 9994, n = 11 ). The detection limit was 2. 0 ×10^-7 mol/L. mol/L to 8.0 ×10^-6mol/L for PPF was achieved, with(r = And several electrochemical methods were used to study the Fonnononetin with satisfactory results.
