摘要
白藜芦醇是一些植物在受到病菌侵染或环境恶化时产生的一种植物抗毒素.大量体内外实验显示,Res具有清除自由基抗脂质过氧化、调节机体免疫功能、调节Ca2+,NO、植物雌激素样的作用.研究表明,运动性肌肉损伤与骨骼肌内自由基增多、离子代谢紊乱及炎症反应等有关.EIMD导致组织细胞的结构与功能发生一系列变化,进而影响机体工作能力.根据目前有关Res的生理功能研究成果,结合EIMD的可能机制,探讨Res对促进EIMD恢复的作用,为Res在EIMD中的应用提供理论依据.
Resveratrol(Res) is a phytoalexin produced by some plants when pathogens invade or environments worsen.A great deal of in vivo and in vitro experiments showed that Res had a wide-array of biological activities,such as elimination free radicals,effect on anti-lipid peroxidation,adjustment to body immune and Ca2+ and NO,also function to phytoestrogen etc.Some studies demonstrated that exercise-induced muscle damage(EIMD) was related to the increase of free radicals in skeletal muscles,turbulence of ion metabolisms and inflammation reactions etc.EIMD leads to a series of changes in the structure and function of histiocytes,which would affect the body's work capacity.So far there are not any reports on whether using extra Res will have a positive effect on the recovery of EIMD.Therefore,according to the previous achievements of Res and combining the possible mechanism of EIMD,the positive effects of Res on EIMD have been discussed in order to provide the theory to Res application in EIMD.
