摘要
文中分别从设计和施工角度,全面论述开敞式TBM在大伙房输水隧洞工程中的成功应用,介绍了3台TBM完整的施工过程,不同工况条件下的施工措施以及针对不良地质洞段涌水、塌方、更换主轴承和卡机等事故采用的处理方式。此外,还介绍了与TBM相匹配的连续皮带机的成功应用,全环内通式衬砌台车和仰拱衬砌台车的研制与应用,所有这些均展示了未来地下工程施工技术发展的美好前景。
The successful application of the open-type TMB to Dahuofang Water Conveyance Tunnel Project is fully described herein from the aspects of both the design and the construction; in which the whole construction processes of 3 TMBs, the construction measures under various excavation conditions and the methods for the treatments on water surge, collapse in the tunnel section with poor geological conditions, the main-beating changing and blockage accident of TMB, etc. are also introduced. Furthermore, the successful application of belt conveyer suited with TMB, the development and application of the full-surrounding lining trolley and the inverted arch lining trolley are introduced as well. On the whole, all of these show a better prospect of the future development of the construction technologies for the underground engineering concerned.
