摘要
喷嘴是伺服阀前置级双喷嘴挡板阀的关键元件。双喷嘴挡板阀中的喷嘴对在流体特性上有严格对称的要求,一般需要针对每一个喷嘴分别进行压差流量测量试验。为替代传统的手工配对测量的方法,文章对喷嘴自动流量配对测量技术和系统进行研究,阐述了喷嘴压差流量配对原理,建立了新型喷嘴自动流量配对测量系统,该系统由工控机系统、仪器箱、油路集成块、油源系统、测试软件和夹具六部分组成,采用定量泵-电液比例溢流阀压差控制方案。编制了测试系统软件,以SQL Server为后台软件,通过ADO接口技术,建立了测试数据的数据库系统,采用一种排序配对算法,实现了喷嘴的自动选配。最后通过实验研究验证了测量系统的精度。
Nozzle is the key part of a twin nozzle-flapper valve which is the pilot stage of a servo valve. There must be strict fluid performances symmetry of the nozzle pair in a twin nozzle-flapper valve.So a pressure-flow measuring is required for a batch of nozzles, and the paired nozzles could be selected according the measuring results, this method is called pairing measurement. In order to substitute the traditional manual pairing measurement, an automatic flowrate pairing measuring technology and system research are done, a nozzle differential pressure-flow pairing theory is expounded, and a new nozzle automatic flowrate-pairing measuring system is established, the system is made up of industrial computer system, instrument box, hydraulic manifold block, oil source system, measuring software and fixture, a constant flow pump and electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve are utilized for differential pressure control. The measuring software of the system is introduced, based on SQL Server and ADO interface a database of measuring results is established, and a sortbased paring algorithm is utilized for realizing the automatic paired nozzles selecting. Finally, a precision validation experiment research is done.
