摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管间质部妊娠的成用价值。方法:回顾分析我院应用腹腔镜手术切除病灶部位或病灶部位切开取胚术治疗输卵管间质部妊娠53例的临床资料。结果:53例输卵管间质部妊娠采用腹腔镜下节段性切除患侧输卵管或病灶部位切开取胚均获成功,且损伤小,恢复快。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管间质部妊娠具有微创、效优的特点,并切实可行。
Objective：To investigate the value of laparoscopic surgical treatment of interstitial pregnancy.Methods：Retrospectively analyze clinical data of 53 cases of laparoscopic surgery to remove the lesion site or remove the embryo with incision as the treatment of interstitial pregnancy.Results：The surgery of the 53 cases of interstitial tubal pregnancy using laparoscopic segmental resection of the affected interstitial pregnancy was sbown to be a minimal invasive technique.It is more efficient,and practical.
