摘要
随着社会的迅速发展,传统意义上的正向产品开发设计和制造模式已经不能满足企业的需要,为了更好的适应生产发展,逆向工程技术应运而生,但是该技术仍不完善,如局部光顺问题、数据分析工作量大且精确度不高等问题。本文介绍了逆向工程技术的现状和发展,小波技术在曲面重构,数据传输等关键环节的重大作用。通过该技术在逆向工程中的成功运用,达到加工产品高效率高质量的目的,从而进一步推动快速成型技术的迅速发展。
With the rapid development of society, the methods in the traditional designing and making the products can not meet the demands of enterprises yet. In order to adapt to the development of the production , people invented reverse engineering. But this technology is not perfect now, for example the problem is that not smooth the curve locally and the Workload of data analysis so hard that could not ensure the accuracy of the surface of work piece. The paper mainly introduces the current situation and development of reverse engineering, and the wavelet technique play a very important role in surface reconstruction and Data transmission by using wavelet technique successfully in the field of reverse engineering, to meet the purpose of efficient high-quality in processing. And promote the rapid development of rapid prototyp- ing technology.
