摘要
从就业者个体的立场出发,将职业教育是如何促进学校毕业生实现就业的过程区分为相互联结、相互作用的三个阶段,即学校教育体系向就业的接近、职业指导和职业中介机构的就业援助活动、企业对学校毕业生的追加培训。并通过对日本、德国的比较分析,试图从制度和政策层面探讨职业教育是如何促进就业的问题,并在学校职业教育与就业的关系上明确我国学校职业教育有效促进就业的可能性。
From the individual employer position, papers divide into three mutual and interactive stages which is the process of how to promote employment effectively by vocational education, namely the school system approaching to employment, vocational guidance and the employment assistance activities of vocational intermediary organizations, as well the additional training conducted by enterprise for school graduates. Comparing with Japan and German, how to promote employment by vocational education is an issue from the institutional and policy level to confer, combined with the possibility in our schools promoting employment to definite in the relationship between vocational education and employment.
