摘要 根据国内外众多风力发电机组运行维护情况,统计得出风力发电机组中故障发生频率最高的关键部件及故障发生的原因和产生的现象;分析给出风力发电机组运行中对关键部件检测的物理量。根据物理量的特点和关键部件的结构特性,选择相应传感器类型及安装位置,以实时监测机组各部件的运行情况,保证机组的长期稳定运行。 According to the maintenance situation of domestic and oversea wind turbines, the key components of wind turbines which make malfunctions with the highest frequency are obtained statistically, and the reasons and phenomenon of the malfunction of components are also given. The physical objects should be monitored when wind turbines are working are given according to analysis. Considering the characteristics of the physical objects and the structure of key components, the type and position of sensors in the condition monitoring system of wind turbines are discussed, so that the condition monitoring can monitor the working state of the components of wind turbines, and ensure that the wind turbine works steadily for a long time.
