西葫芦种质资源遗传多样性的RAPD分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了给西葫芦资源合理利用和新品种选育提供参考,利用RAPD标记对21份西葫芦种质资源的遗传多样性进行了分析,从43条随机引物中筛选出25条多态性高、重复性好的引物,共获得285条DNA谱带,其中267条为多态性带,多态率达93.68%,平均每个引物可扩增出11.4条带。利用DPS软件建立了21种西葫芦材料的聚类分析树状图,聚类分析结果显示:在遗传距离为10.86处,21种西葫芦材料可分为三类,而在这其中8号和9号材料的亲缘关系最近,而12号材料与其它材料的亲缘关系最远。 In order to bring reference for protecting and using summur squash germplasm resources and breeding new varieties, the genetic diversity of 21 summer squash germplasm resources was analyzed by using RAPD In this study, 25 primers were selected from 43 primers, 285 bands were amplified, of them, 267 bands (93.68%) were polymorphie, the average number was 11.4 bands per primer. DPS software was used to construct a dendrogram of 21 summer squash germptasm resources, cluster analysis showed that 21 resources were divided into three groups in the genetic distance of 10.86, among the 21 varieties, No. 8 and No. 9 have the nearest genetic relationship, and No. 12 has the fartherest genetic relationship.
