摘要
开发的LMP-6型双功能金属钝化剂在茂名石化公司炼油厂1.2Mt/a重油催化裂化装置上进行了工业应用试验。试验结果表明,平衡剂上重金属污染镍约10mg/g,钒约6mg/g,钠约4mg/g时,使用LMP-6型双功能金属钝化剂可使富气中H2含量下降15.9%(统计),汽油收率提高5.26个百分点,平衡催化剂微反活性提高4~6个单位,汽油诱导期得到提高。
A newly developed bifunctional metal passivator LMP 6 was used in a 1.2 Mt/a RFCCU at Maoming Petrochemical Corporation. The test result showed that hydrogen content in wet gas decreased by 15.9%, naphtha yield increased by 5.26% and micro activity of the catalyst increased by 4 to 6 units as well as the product quality improved such as naphtha induction period, while the nickel, vanadium and sodium contents on the equilibrium catalyst were 10 mg/g, 6 mg/g and 4 mg/g respectively.
