冬季变暖对乌鲁木齐市采暖气象条件的影响及气象节能潜力分析 被引量:16

摘要 气候变暖使乌鲁木齐市冬季气温上升明显,对乌鲁木齐市采暖各项指标均有显著影响。根据国家有关规范中关于采暖气候条件的规定,通过对乌鲁木齐市近30年气象资料的分析发现:乌鲁木齐市冬季气候变暖,使得采暖期平均气温显著上升、最低气温负积温明显减少。采暖初日和终日有明显推后与提前趋势。气候变暖对供暖设计室外温度影响较大,使用近30年资料计算得到的温度比现行标准高3.6℃。乌鲁木齐市采暖期节能空间较大。 Obvious winter climate warming has occurred in Urumqi under Global warming, which affects significantly the winter heating meteorological conditions and the heating energy consumption in Urumqi. This paper analyzes the effects of winter climate warming on heating meteorological conditions and energy saving potential in Urumqi in heating season since recent 30 years based on the daily temperature data. According to the national regulations for Design of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (GB50019-2003) , the starting and ending dates for heating are defined. The results show that winter climate warming has made the mean temperature increase and negative accumulated temperature of minimum temperature decrease significantly in heating season. The heating starting day has been in a delaying trend but the heating ending day in an advancing trend in recent years. The heating duration was significantly shorter during the period of 2001 -2007 than that in the 1980s and 1990s. Because of climate warming, the heating intensity has been obviously reduced since recent years. The calculated outdoor temperature was recalculated by using the temperature data during the period of 1976 -2006, the result shows that the calculated outdoor temperature is 3.6 ℃ higher than the adopted standard ( - 22 ℃ ) at present. Climate warming brings about a great energy saving potential in heating season. From a meteorological point of view, an annual heating energy consumption of 22.8 % can be saved by shortening the heating duration and timely adopting the heating program.
