摘要
通过对乡村医生收入和养老保障的现状研究,发现乡村医生在现有体制和收入状态下难以实现养老保障。建议在全国范围内推广乡村医生养老保障制度,除政府增加投入外,还应考虑将乡村医生养老保险与现行养老保险制度合理接轨,明确乡镇卫生院作为上级监管负责单位的作用。
Through the research of rural doctor＇ s income and pension status,we found that it＇ s difficult for them to achieve real pension under the existing system and income status.So it is neccesary to promote the system of pension for the rural doctors in nationwide, so that increasing financial input, formulate the policies of pension insurance for village doctor and the existing policies into a reasonable one,clearing and definiting the superior role of township health centers in the system,are all effective ways to solve the problems.
