摘要
农民土地的直接权利只是表明了农民所拥有的土地禀赋,更重要的是考察在市场交换过程中农民实现的土地权利。在城乡土地二元分割状态下,农民的土地发展权因市场的不平等交换而被侵蚀,但是单一市场的研究不能充分揭示这一问题。通过文献述评,可以提出基于产业链视角的进一步的研究方向,将农民土地权利的实现置于农地城市流转的纵向结构中进行考察,全面分析价格歧视、权利限制和信息不对称对农民土地权利实现的影响,才能提出保护农民土地权利的有效政策。
This paper reviews the procedure that peasant realizes his land right in rural -urban land conversion based on industry chain perspective. It is more important to check the exchange entitlement than direct entitlement. Peasant is deprived of land development right due to unequal exchange. market, because the depriving occur in the vertical structure of rural- urban It is difficult to be researched in one land conversion. Researchers should analyze how the factors affect the land right of peasant include price discrimination, right restriction and information asymmetry, then put forward the policy to protect the land right of peasant.
