摘要
杨永康等建立并发表的化石新种福建双翅龙脑香(Dipterocarpus fujianensis Y.K.Yang,H.M.Li etJ.K.Wu sp.nov.fossil plant)未附任何照片或素描图,且无正规的模式标本登记号和确切的存放单位,与国际植物命名法规中有关古植物的重要条款和规则不符。因此,这个新种名属于不合格发表。
In this paper, the new species of fossil plant proposed by Yang Yongkang in 2002, Dipterocarpus fujianensis Yang, Li et Wu sp. nov. is regarded as a nomen nudum. The specimens used by Yang （2000） belong to the present author, who reported the material in an abstract for IGCP-246 International Symposium on Pacific Neogene Continental and Marine Events in 1988. The publication of this new specific name was not in accord with the International Code of Botanical Nomenclature （Vienna Code, 2006） at least in two respects： 1） In conflict with Art. 38.1, 38.2, 9.13 of the code （the 1st one and the latter two Articles having brought to effect since Jan. 1^st, 1912 and Jan. 1^st, 2001 respectively）, neither accompanying photographs nor figures showing the gross morphology and detail characters of this new species were displayed.
2） No catalogue numbers and institution in which the type is conserved were correctly specified as required by Art. 37.7 of the Code, which have come into effect since Jan. 1st, 1990.
The aforementioned factors cause the new species Dipterocarpus fujianensis Y. K. Yang et al. to be an invalidly published name.
