摘要
为了研究不同空心率条件下三排孔混凝土墙体砌块的动态传热特性,应用反应系数法,通过分析空心率为22.81%-52.14%空心砌块内侧的壁面反应温度,认为当空心率为42.36%-47.25%时,围护墙体的热特性才能达到节能墙体的要求,并采用热箱法对三排孔混凝土墙体砌块热阻的实验研究,证明了只有当空心率为42.36%-47.25%时,热阻值才能基本满足节能的要求,同时验证了理论研究的合理性。
To research the dynamic thermal properties of concrete masonry building blocks with three lines of different holes, the thermal response factor method was used in conditions of different hollow rates. By response temperature analysis of the blocks' inner side with the hollow rates from 22.81% to 52.14%, the thermal properties of the envelop wall could meet the requirements when the hollow rate was among 42.36%-47.25%. The thermal box experiment results prove that only when the hollow rate ranges among 42.36%-47.25%, the thermal resistance can meet the requirements, and that the theoretical research is rational.
