GC-MS测定牙膏中二甘醇方法的不确定度评定

Uncertainty Evaluation in Measurement of Ethylene Diglycol in Tooth Pastes by Gas Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 采用气质联用仪按照GB/T21842-2008测定了牙膏中的二甘醇含量。对标准曲线、称量、标准溶液配制、实验人员、环境等因素引入的不确定度进行分析,结果表明影响最大的是回收率引起的不确定度(6.16%)。根据对于各不确定度分量的衡量,可以忽略贡献较小的分量,从而简化实验操作步骤,提高工作效率。评定各不确定度,得出不确定度结果为uc=13.12 mg/L,置信区间为95%时,k=2,二甘醇扩展不确定度c=(101.74±13.12)mg/L。 Based on standard GB/T21842 -2008, ethylene diglycol is detected in Tooth pastes by Gas Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry. The uncertainty included the following ones: uncertainty resulting from calculating and uncertainty resulting from sample weighs et al. By seting on example of dexamethasone to establishment of mathematical model in the measurement process, the sources of uncertainty was analysised accurately, the attained standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty for the determination of hormones in cosmetics was 101.74 ± 13.12 mg/mL, and the coverage factor k = 2,confidence probability was 95%.
