摘要
首次在德州发现野生黄伞,并成功分离、保种,得到菌种命名为DZS1.文章中较详细的描述了德州地区野生黄伞的自然状态及生长地的生态环境,认为野生黄伞的分布可能同某些昆虫的活动有关.进行了初步的驯化栽培工作,利用摇瓶培养液体接种的方法在实验室条件下得到人工栽培的黄伞子实体,为后续的生产转化打下了基础.
Pholiota adiposa(Wild--type)was found in DeZhou for the first time. A strain of Pholiota adiposa (Wild--type) was isolated and named DZS1. Campestris Pholiota adiposa in the natural state and its ecological environment was described in this study. The distribution of campestris Pholiota adipose may be related to certain insect's activity. The foundational study work was carrying out including domestication and cultivation, we cultured liquid strains using liquid shake flask method, inoculated them into culture medium in bag under laboratory conditions,and then acquired fruit bodies of Pholiota adipose.
