军事飞行员功能性消化不良与根除幽门螺杆菌的关系 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)治疗,对于Hp阳性功能性消化不良(FD)飞行员患者的临床疗效和复发情况。方法将64例FD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予奥美拉唑+阿莫西林+甲硝唑和奥美拉唑+多潘立酮治疗。疗程均为2周。治疗结束后4周胃镜复查和Hp检测。1年后随访。结果治疗后两组症状积分均显著降低(P<0.01)。1年后治疗组症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在从军事效益—费用—疗效比方面看,短疗程根除Hp是治疗Hp阳性FD飞行员患者的优势方案。
