摘要
柴达木循环经济生态工业链在运行过程中产生的废硫酸影响着整个经济链的可持续运行。我们采用高温热裂解法来处理废硫酸,解决了柴达木盆地环境被污染的难题,经优化后的工艺解决了废热锅炉清灰操作及装置频繁开停车的缺陷。利用这种工艺在工业中大规模生产在国内是首例,它的成功与否直接影响着硫酸行业的发展。
Qaidam circular economy eco - industrial chain in operation of waste generated in the process affects the entire economic chain of sustainable operation. High -temperature thermal decomposition method was used to deal with waste sulfuric acid, solve the pollution problem of the environment in Qaidam Basin. The optimized process solved the waste heat boiler cleaning operations and installations frequently open parking deficiencies. The use of this technology in industry was the first large -scale production in China, its success or otherwise to the sulfuric acid industry had a directly impacted.
