摘要
目的观察改良菱形皮瓣修复鼻部圆形缺损的效果。方法回顾性分析厦门大学附属中山医院2000年1月至2009年1月应用改良菱形皮瓣修复鼻部肿物切除后圆形缺损37例。结果37例中,36例Ⅰ期愈合,另1例出现局部渗液,经清洁换药、红外线照射、抗生素治疗后亦愈合良好。37例患者术后均随访2个月至3年,移植组织及皮肤色泽正常,切缘无明显痕迹,外形满意,鼻部肿瘤切除患者也无一例复发。结论改良菱形皮瓣修复鼻部缺损,具有方法简单,转动灵活,血运可靠,术后外鼻外形满意等优点,是鼻部缺损的一种理想的修复方法。
Objective To observe the effect of reconstruction of nasal circular excision with modified rhomboid flap. Methods Retrospectively reviewed the 37 cases of the application of modified rhomboid flap for repairing nasal defects in Zbongshan hospital of Xiamen university from January 2000 to January 2009. Results Of the 37 cases, primarily healing was found in 36 cases, wound exudation 1 case, which was also healed well after a clean dressing change, infrared irradiation and antibiotic therapy. 37 patients were followed up 2 months to 3 years. After transplantation and they were found in normal skin color, satisfactory external nose shape,and no obvious sign of margin was seen. No recurrence was found in all nasal tumors. Conclusion With an extremely simple flap operation, flexible rotation, reliable blood supply, satisfied appearance of postoperative external nose, etc. , Modified rhomboid flap has become an ideal method of repairing nasal defects.
