ScF_3的水热法制备及掺Ce^(3+)光谱性质研究 被引量:2

摘要 首次用低温水热法制备了ScF3晶体及其掺杂Ce3+的粉体。通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM),荧光光谱(FS)对样品进行了表征。结果表明,所用氟化物的种类和反应温度对ScF3的制备至关重要。以NaF作为原料更容易得到纯的ScF3。当水热温度为120℃时,产物为ScF3晶体,而温度升高至180℃时则为NaScF4复合氟化物。所制备的ScF3呈针尖棒状放射形。考察了ScF3∶Ce3+粉体荧光光谱性质,讨论了其与同类型的稀土氟化物的荧光光谱的比较。 ScF3 microcrystal and Ce^3+-doped powders were prepared with a hydrothermal process at low temperature.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and fluorescence spectra.Kind of starting fluorides and reaction temperature are key factors for ScF3 preparation.Pure ScF3 can be easily prepared at 120℃ with NaF as starting fluoride,while compound fluorides impurities always produced when the reaction temperature is higher than 140℃ or using KF/NH4F as the starting fluoride.The ScF3 microcrystal give an anomalous pinpoint stick shape.The fluorescence properties of ScF3∶Ce^3+ were discussed and compared with those of other rare earth fluorides.
