摘要
电网建设前期工作重大问题研究中应用海拉瓦技术,是基于高分辨率卫星影像和数字高程数据,结合冰区、地震烈度和污区等专题数据,进行前期线路规划工作,提取线路走廊通道内的房屋、树木、河流、道路、电力线等数据,实现了前期选线工作流程的创新。对于一系列的前期工作成果,平台为后期初设招投标平台、设计评审平台和三维全景智能电网支撑平台提供了数据接口,实现了前期工作成果数据的电子移交。
Preparatory work for construction of power grids in the application of research on major issues Helava technology, is based on the high-resolution satellite imagery and digital elevation data, combined with ice zone, seismic intensity and thematic data, such as polluted area, the front-end planning line, extraction line corridors within houses, trees, rivers, roads, power lines and other data, to achieve a pre-election front-line workers of the ilmovation process. The results of a series of preliminary work, a platform for bidding after the beginning of platform-based design evaluation platform and three-dimensional panorama support smart grid platform provides data interface to achieve the outcome of the preparatory work for the electronic transfer of data.
