摘要
应用Fluent软件,对在100%设计转速下经压缩性修正得到的三级高压轴流通风机,采用可压缩模型在63%、100%、156%设计转速3个典型转速下,进行了全工况气动性能数值模拟分析,并与模型级换算性能曲线进行了比较,同时也采用不可压缩模型在63%设计转速下进行了数值模拟,并与该转速下的可压缩模型计算结果作了比较分析,数值模拟得出的结论可供工程设计参考。
In this paper, the overall operating aerodynamic performance of a three-stage high pressure axial-flow fan adopted compressible model under the three typical design speed of 63%, 100% and 156%, which has been designed based on compressibility correction under 100% design speed, was simulated with Fluent software and compared with conversion performance curve of model stage. Meanwhile, the numerical simulation adopted incompressible model under 63% design speed is also carried out and compared with the calculation result of compressible model under the same speed.The conclusion obtained by numerical simulation can provide reference for project design.
