摘要
长沙卷烟厂自动化物流系统的烟箱入库系统,由于存在入库烟箱信息乱、机械手真空故障及烟箱剔除过多等问题,影响烟箱入库,增加停机时间,为此,对烟箱入库系统进行了以下优化改进:①优化入库系统控制程序,解决了因胶带飘出以及烟箱相连而造成的停机问题;②采用62X系列扫码器代替42X系列扫码器,以提高纠偏能力和系统的分辨率;③增加喷胶装置,解决烟箱盖板变形造成真空不足而掉烟问题。优化设计后的卷烟工业企业物流系统采用西门子工控网络结构,利用烟箱条码进行分拣入库,便于出入库管理及产品追溯,简单高效。实际应用效果表明,烟箱入库系统的月平均停机时间由原来的1.2h/5亿支减少为0.23h/5亿支,提高了成品物流的自动化程度,解决了烟箱混牌问题,降低了操作工的劳动强度,提高了物流系统的稳定性和可靠性。
The automatic logistic system in Changsha Cigarette Factory has the disadvantages of information disorder about received cigarette cases, vacuum failures of manipulator and over-rejection, which interrupt case receiving and increase downtime. Therefore, the case receiving system was optimized as following: 1 ) optimizing the control program to avoid the malfunctions caused by trailing gummed tape or closely touched cases; 2) replacing 42X series barcode scanners with 62X series to enhance the abilities of error correction and system' s resolution; 3) adding a glue applicator to prevent the carton from dropping out of the case because of case flaps distortion. The optimized system adopted Siemens industrial control network and used case barcode for case sorting, picking and receiving, which is simple, efficient, and convenient for receiving/ retrieving management and product tracing. The practical application indicated that the monthly average downtime reduced from 1. 2 to 0. 23 hours/5 hundred million cigs. , the problem of brand mixing was resolved, and the labor intensity of operators was reduced.
