摘要
对传统体育教学模式与"三选"体育教学模式的对比和十余年实施"三选"教学模式的实践进行研究,发现"三选"教学模式从根本上突破了传统体育教学模式的束缚,充分调动了"教"与"学"双方的积极性,促进了学生的个性发展和综合素质的提高,充分体现了以人为本、以学生为主体的教育理念。并且成功地解决了高校扩招后资源严重匮乏的矛盾,创造了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
By comparative study on traditional PE teaching mode and “Three -Selection” PE teaching mode based on more than ten years successful experience of implementing “Three - Selection” PE teaching mode, the result is that “Three - Selection” PE teaching mode can break through the bind of traditional PE teaching mode radically, play a active role in arousing both teachers＇and students＇ enthusiasm, promote students＇personality development and comprehensive quality＇s improvement, bring people -oriented, student - centered into full play. And it successfully resolves the contradiction of scarcity of resources after the extension for higher education, creats favorable social and economic benefits.
